Print Information

The Visual Resource Center has two professional printers for student use: the Epson Stylus Pro 4880 and Epson Stylus Pro 9900. Though the VRC stocks only Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper and Epson Enhanced Matte, students may bring their own roll or cut sheets. For a list of Epson ICC profiles click HERE. If your specialty paper is not in this list, contact the supplier for an ICC profile recommendation.  *If you are not using your own paper, please note that the final cost for printing is calculated based on the dimensions of the paper used, not the size of the image being printed.

Medium Format Epson Stylus Pro 4880 (prints up to 16" wide on photo, 16.75 on matte)

Large Format Epson Stylus Pro 9900 (prints up to 44" wide on photo, 43.75" wide on matte)

Scanning Information

The Visual Resource Center has one Epson Expression 10000XL professional 48-bit color graphics scanner. Use of the scanner is free of charge.

• Photo and Document - maximum size 12.2 x 17.2"
• Film (positive and negative) - the transparency unit accommodates 35mm slides, filmstrips, negatives, 4 x 5" film, medium format, and nonstandard film sizes up to 12.2 x 16.5"
