CSURF & MLRD Printing

The 20th Annual CSURF 2023 will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at UCCS. If you are an LAS student and a registered presenter at CSURF, the Visual Resource Center will print your poster on matte paper free of charge. Non-LAS students can expect to pay $69. See the details below for accepted file types, poster size, and other relevant information. Poster Specs:
CSURF posters should be 45" w x 33" h.

Accepted File Types:
The Visual Resource Center will only accept PDF files of your poster.

Deadline:
Submit your poster file to msteen2@uccs.edu no later than 9am on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Once your poster has been printed, you will receive an email notification to pick you poster up in the LAS Dean's Office (COH 2025). If you have any questions about CSURF printing, please contact Michaela Steen at msteen2@uccs.edu.
 

MLRD 2023 will be held on December 8, 2023 in the Gallogly Events Center. The Visual Resource Center will print your poster on matte paper at the submitted dimensions. So, do make sure your poster is set at the specified dimensions below.

Poster Specs:
MLRD posters may not exceed 48”W x36”H (4’x3’) but 45” X 33” is ideal. The poster will be attached to one side of a portable cork board with push pins (two researchers will be assigned to one board - one on each side).

Accepted File Types:
The Visual Resource Center will only accept PDF files of your poster.

Cost:
Your print will cost between $60-$70 (depending on your dimensions). We accept cash, a check made out to UCCS, or department speedtypes for payment.

Deadline:
Submit your poster file to msteen2@uccs.edu no later than 9am on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
