CSURF & MLRD Printing

The 21st Annual CSURF 2025 will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 at Colorado College. If you are a UCCS LAS student and a registered presenter at CSURF, the Visual Resource Center will print your poster on matte paper free of charge. If you are a Pikes Peak State College or Colorado College student presenting at CSURF, you are welcome to print your poster in the UCCS Visual Resource Center. The cost for a 48” x 36” poster printed on matte paper is $90. The Visual Resource Center will only accept PDF files of your poster. Please submit your PDF poster file to msteen2@uccs.edu no later than 9am on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Once your poster has been printed, you will receive an email notification to pick your poster up in the LAS Dean's Office (COH 2025). Poster Specs:
CSURF posters should be 48" w x 36" h.

Accepted File Types:
The Visual Resource Center will only accept PDF files of your poster.

Deadline:
Submit your poster file to msteen2@uccs.edu no later than 9am on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

Once your poster has been printed, you will receive an email notification to pick your poster up in the LAS Dean's Office (COH 2025). If you have any questions about CSURF printing, please contact Michaela Steen at msteen2@uccs.edu.
 

MLRD 2024 will be held on December 6, 2024 in the Gallogly Events Center. The Visual Resource Center will print your poster on matte paper at the submitted dimensions. So, do make sure your poster is set at the specified dimensions below.

Poster Specs:
MLRD posters may not exceed 48”W x 36”H (4’x3’) but 45” X 33” is ideal. The poster will be attached to one side of a portable cork board with push pins (two researchers will be assigned to one board - one on each side).

Accepted File Types:
The Visual Resource Center will only accept PDF files of your poster.

Cost:
Your print will cost $83-$88 (depending on your dimesions) and is printed on Epson Enhanced Matte paper. We accept cash, a check made out to UCCS, or department speedtypes for payment.

Deadline:
Submit your poster file to msteen2@uccs.edu no later than 9am on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
